Built from the inside out.

Jerri Ann Jensen didn't build COSMO in a classroom. She built it over three decades of working inside organizations — alongside leaders who were talented, committed, and still losing alignment. Not because they lacked effort, but because they lacked a shared system.

She watched teams with strong individual performers fail to move together. She watched strategic plans stall because no one could agree on what "done" looked like. She watched leaders who genuinely cared about their people burn out trying to hold everything together without a common language for how to lead.

COSMO was the answer she built over time — five high-level practices (Clarity, Ownership, Structure, Momentum, Outcomes) that give every leader on every team a shared framework for how to think, communicate, and move forward. Not another methodology to replace what's already in place. A meta-framework that makes everything else work better.
