1:1 Coaching with Jerri Ann
Executive coaching, CliftonStrengths coaching, nonprofit leadership coaching, and fundraising strategy — with Jerri Ann Jensen, ICF PCC and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
Coaching focus areas
Using CliftonStrengths as the foundation, we identify your top talent themes and build a leadership approach that's built around who you actually are — not who you think you should be. For individuals and teams.
For senior leaders navigating complex organizations, transitions, or rapid growth. We use the COSMO framework as a coaching lens to address the clarity, accountability, and momentum challenges that show up at the executive level.
Jerri Ann brings specific experience coaching nonprofit leaders — board dynamics, donor relationships, executive director effectiveness, and the unique leadership pressures of mission-driven organizations. Fundraising strategy is a specialty.
The coaching process
30 minutes. We talk through where you are, what you're navigating, and what you need from a coaching relationship.
You take the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment before our first session. It becomes our shared language for the coaching relationship.
Live 1:1 sessions on the cadence that fits your situation — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Structured around your real work, not hypotheticals.
Between sessions, you apply the work. We track progress against your stated outcomes — not vague "growth" but specific, observable change.
Your coach
Jerri Ann has spent 30 years working inside and alongside organizations — coaching executives, developing nonprofit leaders, and building the COSMO framework from the ground up. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (one of the highest credentials in the profession), a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and ICCI accredited for faith-integrated coaching.
She brings a direct, practical approach to coaching — not a soft, process-heavy experience, but a real conversation with someone who will tell you what she sees and help you figure out what to do about it.
Jerri Ann doesn't let you stay comfortable with the wrong answer. She's the first coach I've had who actually pushed back — and was right every time.
Who this is for
Stepping into a new role, inheriting a struggling team, or taking on significantly more scope. A thinking partner accelerates the learning curve.
High performers who know they're capable but can't articulate why some things feel effortless and others feel like a grind.
Nonprofit EDs, pastors, development directors — leaders with high purpose and unique organizational pressures that most executive coaches have never navigated.
Leaders who want honest feedback, clear frameworks, and someone who measures success by what changes — not by how the sessions feel.
Work with Jerri Ann directly
30 minutes. We'll talk through your situation, confirm coaching is the right fit, and discuss what a coaching engagement would look like for you.
