For Professional Coaches
The COSMO Coach Certification is the same rigorous 14-week program as the Leader Certification — built specifically for professional coaches who want to bring the COSMO framework to their clients, with ICF and ICCI accreditation and a revenue-share model.
The Coach Certification difference
The Leader Certification is for leaders who want to go deep. The Coach Certification is for the coaches who want to take the COSMO framework into their practice — and get paid when their clients enroll in COSMO programs.
You'll go through the same 14 weeks as a leader would — because you need to have lived it to coach it. But the cohort sessions are structured around the coaching context: how to introduce COSMO with clients, how to use it as a coaching lens, and how to facilitate team workshops using the framework.
After certification, you'll receive co-branded materials, access to the COSMO facilitator toolkit, and a revenue-share arrangement for every client you refer who enrolls in any COSMO program.
The revenue model
Complete the 14-week Coach Certification. You'll know the framework well enough to introduce it, coach through it, and facilitate workshops with it.
When a coaching client is ready to go deeper with COSMO — via workshop, leader certification, or enterprise engagement — you refer them through your unique link.
Every time a client you refer enrolls in any COSMO program, you receive a revenue share. The more clients you develop, the more the relationship pays back.
Specific revenue share %
The exact percentage is disclosed during the application process, not publicly listed — so we can structure it appropriately based on your client volume and engagement level. Contact us to discuss.
ICCI accreditation
The Coach Certification is accredited by the International Christian Coaching Institute (ICCI) — for coaches who want to integrate faith-based values into a professionally rigorous coaching framework. This track is optional within the program; coaches choose whether to pursue the ICCI credential in addition to the ICF accreditation.
ICCI accreditation is recognized by Christian coaching organizations and clients worldwide. It's an optional add-on track, not a requirement for COSMO Coach Certification.
